Moville Yoga

My name is Selene and I am originally from Dundalk but now living here and married to a local man. I’ve practised yoga on and off over the last 20 years and have been teaching for 4 years. I am qualified as a Vinyasa and Mindful Yin Yoga teacher and I am currently studying Ashtanga yoga.

My biggest adventure took me to London to practise with Sharath Jois, the Ashtanga yoga master whose grandfather established the Ashtanga system. Yoga has brought a sense of calmness and strength to my life which is why I practice it. Why I teach it is because I love it !!!
