Muckish railway walk
The Muckish railway walk is a 9.4 km linear trail that follows a section of the old Letterkenny to Burtonport railway line past Muckish Mountain.
The walk is close to both the town of Falcarragh and the village of Creeslough. and has spectacular views over the mountain and Lough Agher.
The main car park can be found by clicking the “Get Directions” button below. Parking can also be found at Fiddler’s bridge, for location on google maps click here. The town of Falcarragh has a Facebook page which you can see here. NB there is no space for parking cars at the Beltany Townland at the most southerly point of the trail.
