Boyeeghter Bay, aka Murder Hole Beach
The stunning Murder Hole Beach can be found at the tip of the Rosguill Peninsula near the seaside resort of Downings. There are dangerous rip tides at this beach so do not swim here.
As of April 2022, a new trail and car park allowing access to this stunning beach has been built by a local landowner.
Donations can be made at the car park to fund the upkeep of this excellent facility. It takes approx 20 min to reach the beach from the car park and it follows a steep climb over a hill to get there.
As it crosses a working farm unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the route.
