Fort Dunree Run / Walk 2023

Inishowen ac is excited and delighted to announce the return of Ireland’s most scenic 5k, The Fort Dunree 5k Challenge.

All monies from this year’s Fort Dunree Run will be going to Rocco’s Road To Recovery. The course will take you through road and off-road terrain with spectacular views throughout.

This is one of Ireland’s most historic forts set at the mouth of Lough Swilly, in an area of stunning natural beauty.

Fort Dunree is one of the most visited tourist attractions on the wild Atlantic way and is steeped in military history dating back to the Napoleonic War(1803 -1815).
