NCCWN-Donegal Women’s Network is pleased to be offering the Space to Breathe online 3-week programme for women, starting on Monday 15th March, 10 am-1 pm.
Designed and facilitated by Emilywhelan coaching, a Leading Life Coach. Over three sessions you will learn how to use tools and techniques such as mindfulness practices, self-reflection & journaling exercises, tools for managing stress & anxiety.
This course is part-funded by Donegal ETBCommunity Education Support Programme.
