Profile
Ballybofey
Ballybofey is a medium-sized town in the East of Donegal that sits on the banks of the beautiful Finn river.
The river Finn separates Ballbofey from Stranorlar and together the two towns are known as the Twin Towns.
In the centre of the town, there is a riverside walk and you will also find the Balor Arts Centre, which is Donegal’s newest purpose-built arts venue.
The town is home to MacCumhaill Park, the home grounds of the Seán MacCumhaills G.A.A. club and Donegal’s Gaelic football and hurling teams.
Irish Football team Finn Harps are also based in the town and play their home matches at Finn Park.
