Profile
Horn Head Walk
Horn Head Walk takes you from the car park near the WW2 lookout post out to the Napoleonic Signal Tower on the edge of the Horn Head Cliffs. The walk is 1 km each way and is mainly across bog and heather and can get very waterlogged, Also the trail is very close to open shear cliffs so only go on this route in good weather conditions and don’t go close to cliff edges. This trail is not suitable for children.
You will find out a little more about the signal tower here.
