The Kilclooney Dolmen dates back to around 3500 BC and is one of if not the most impressive examples of a Dolmen / Portal Tomb that you will see in the whole of Ireland.
For access to the Dolmen, you can park in the Dolmen centre and walk across the small wooden bridge and on the other side of the road, there is a small path that takes you through fields up to the Dolmen. the walk goes through fields on a working farm by the way of gates and styles, so please ensure all gates are securely closed.
