The Waterside Theatre

Situated in the heart of the Waterside, the theatre originally opened in February 2001 and was refurbished in 2009, it has proved invaluable to the local community and the wider North West.

The Waterside Theatre is a comfortable tiered 372 seated modern auditorium with a flexible seating system that can be easily retracted to allow for a large floor space that can accommodate up to 700 people.

We have top of the range theatre lighting and sound systems and HD screen, our back-stage area and dressing rooms also offer extra space for your performers.
