Profile
Tremone Bay Beach
The beach is quite small but stunning in a very secluded location between Culdaff and Inishowen Head.
On the beach, there is a memorial to Thomas D’Arcy McGee who escaped Ireland to go to Canada in 1848. He played a leading role in promoting the Confederation of the provinces of Canada.
It has some great places for rock fishing with the best catches likely to be Coalfish, Wrasse, Pollack.
you can walk along the rocky coastline beside the car park for a little bit where you can see the cave.
