Urris (Iorras)
The area is a valley to the west of Clonmany. It sits on the eastern side of Loch Swilly and has the hills to the south-east, and on the east by Binion hill. To the north, there is the Tullagh peninsula with its fantastic beach. There are two entrances to Urris over the Mamore Gap and via Clonmany.

There are two beaches here, Lenan beach, a small quiet beach with a picnic area, and Tullagh Bay beach a large horseshoe-shaped beach that can give fantastic waves for surfing.
Local activities include horse riding, surfing and hill walking.
