Bridle Path Walk

The Bridle Path Walk is a 7 km linear walk that starts at the castle. The walk follows the Waterfall Trail and then climbs up the valley with beautiful views over Lough Veagh and the surrounding countryside.

You can also hire bicycles from Grass Routes E-Bike Hire beside the visitor centre and cycle along the route to the castle, you then continue to cycle the Waterfall Trail and then onto this trail to the end of the valley. The round trip from the visitor centre to the end of this walk and back is around 22 km.
